These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, outline your rights and responsibilities when using the Site and making purchases. • Product Availability: Due to fluctuating inventory levels, we cannot guarantee the availability of all products at the time of purchase. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.

 

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You authorize us to process the payment for your order using your selected payment method. Payment processing is handled securely by Wix Payments or PayPal, which comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the location, and the products ordered. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or an error was made in fulfilling your order.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:

• Defective Items: If your product arrives defective, please contact us immediately at support@aerobowls.ca. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return and either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

• Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and either provide a refund or send the correct product.

No Returns for Change of Mind:

• We do not accept returns for products that are simply unwanted or if you change your mind after purchase.

• Please ensure you carefully review your order before submitting it. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, feel free to contact us at support@aerobowls.ca for clarification.

Shipping Costs:

• In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a prepaid return label. Shipping fees are non-refundable for any other returns or exchanges.

Timeframe for Returns:

• Any defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange to be considered. After this period, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are sure of your purchase.​

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping at our discretion. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aerobowls.ca. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Please note that a restocking or processing fee may apply to cover administrative costs associated with the cancellation. This fee helps offset handling, payment processing, and inventory management expenses.

 

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. As per our Returns and Exchanges policy, we do not accept returns for products that are simply unwanted or if you change your mind after purchase.
